#ruffaroundtheedges – part 42 ā€“ Adaptability and Flexibility

So, a little bit more about, unlearning to relearn and, being reflective about all of that. So, what does relearning do to re-program your mind and reprogram the way that you approach things particularly the way you think about problem-solving?

Relearning, I think it makes your brain a lot more plastic or elastic.

And, as a result, we’ve become better critical problem solvers or critical thinkers and in addition, my reflected part of relearning is that I’m a process thinker.

Therefore, it takes me a while to come up with solutions or ideas or answers to problems, But eventually, I get there.
Iā€™m fortunate that I’ve been able to unlearn to relearn to make my brain a lot more plastic and flexible.

So, yeah, #ruffaroundtheedges relearning.
