𝐋𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐨𝐧𝐬 𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐧𝐞𝐝 – 𝐑𝐞𝐟𝐥𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬
This one is thinking about reflections and in particular lessons learned, particularly after something that might be new or an event that you’ve just done.
This past month, I co-hosted our event LinkedInLocalphx here in Phoenix. And after each event, Mary and I always do a lesson learned and I create a little simple document.
It’s called a three or four-panel.
And some of the questions to ask are
- What went well?
- What were the lessons learned?
- And more importantly, what are the improvements that we can put in place for our next meeting which will be in October and on the west side of Phoenix Valley instead of Phoenix East Valley?
The power of reflection and doing lessons learned exercise.
